I have been under Simon Campbell for some years now and found him to be one of the best specialist I have ever had up to now, he always listen to you and always explains everything to you In simple terms, I could not wish for a better specialist to be under. And I would recommend him to anyone .

Dr Cambell is one of those rare consultants (in my experience) where you really feel listened to and valued and completely understand what is happening to you and the reasons why. His sense of humour and approachability made even the most sensitive issues easy to talk about. Recently I had symptoms that didn't really relate to my IBD and Dr Campbell was relentless in his approach to finding out what was going on. He quickly organised all my tests and was quick to get me back into clinic to review all my results. His knowledge and experience kept him questioning what was going on even when presented with a number of 'normal' results when my symptoms were getting worse! Communication, support and advice was always there. I have had an IBD for over 12 years now and in those 12 years Dr campbell is the best consultant I have had the pleasure and luck to meet. I couldn't recommend his services and care enough.

I visited Dr Campbell as an emergency case for Crohn's initially. He gave me initially great recovery care and was very close to my symptoms and ultimate stabilisation of care. The ongoing aftercare for this chronic disease has been excellent by him and I trust him implicitly.

Absolutely outstanding in his knowledge and application and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Campbell. He has proved very easy to contact and book appointments and is happy to take calls or exchange emails as required. He is very prompt in reporting back test results and in recommending the required course of action. As an individual he is professional and courteous, happy to answer questions and allay fears.

I have been under the care of Dr Simon Campbell for several years for my Crohn's disease and his care has been exemplary. He is kind and genuinely cares about his patients. He listens and never rushes a consultation. All options of treatment are carefully explained and questions are encouraged and answered with patience. He is very professional in his approach and uses his sense of humour to put patients at ease.
